- ➤ Gray Sky Music is marking 30 years in Owensboro as it continues to produce award-winning jingles and community projects. - ➤ Red Swing Coffee has closed its downtown location and will reopen Monday, Feb. 2 at 1416 Breckenridge Street — offering a new layout, menu, and parking to address space challenges. The Owensboro Times
- ➤ Trevor Hutchins and Misty Westerfield took over Windy Hollow Raceway Park on Jan. 30 after announcing the sale at Windy Hollow Biscuit House. Hutchins, a lifelong fan, plans upgrades (new bleachers, press boxes and suites) that will boost the track. The Owensboro Times

- ➤ Despite frigid weather & lingering snow from Winter Storm Fern, musicians from across the country attended a jam session at downtown Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame on Saturday. Owensboro Messenger-Inquirer
- ➤ Dinosaur World Live, winner of the 2024 Olivier Award for Best Family Entertainment, will perform at RiverPark Center at 6 p.m. on Feb. 10 for audiences ages 3 and up. The interactive show features large-scale puppetry with dinosaurs (including a Tyrannosaurus rex and Triceratops) and concludes with a meet-and-greet. The Owensboro Times
