- ➤ Owensboro Community & Technical College is hosting a program fair for high school students on March 5 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Industry Innovation Center on campus, so students can explore academic and technical programs for high-demand careers and learn about admissions and financial aid. 44 News
- ➤ Klutch Barber Expo returns to the Owensboro Convention Center on March 15, offering a full-day event with professional education sessions, live competitions, and industry vendors. - ➤ Owensboro Boys Basketball head coach Rod Drake announced his retirement after 25 seasons, marking four 3rd Region titles + a State Championship in 2015. He now plans to continue teaching and pursue higher-level coaching. The Owensboro Times
