- ➤ Friday After 5, presented by Jagoe Homes, will launch its 30th season of 13 free concerts on the riverfront. Its expanded Fourth of July celebration will begin Friday, July 3 with a drone show and include Saturday fireworks at multiple local venues. WOMI Owensboro

- ➤ Owensboro Middle School students will host a month-long donation drive to support local non-profits as part of the Build His/Her CROWN program (standing for Confidence, Respect, Originality, Well-roundedness, and Neighborly) that builds self-esteem and leadership skills. 14 News

- ➤ RiverValley Behavioral Health launched a new initiative today to improve dual-diagnosis care for mental health and substance use challenges.
