- ➤ The Owensboro Museum of Science and History is hosting a trivia night focused on local history on April 23 at The Pub on Second; the event starts at 7 PM with $25 tickets for teams of up to 8 and proceeds will support upcoming museum updates (discounted family memberships are available). - ➤ Young men from Western Academy at the Neblett are working toward scuba certification through a program with the Tennessee Aquatics Project. They have completed about 20 dives & will travel to Utila, Honduras from July 10-17 while a swim-a-thon on April 25 helps fund their journey. The Owensboro Times
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ A contractor will restart cable maintenance on the Natcher Bridge on Monday, Apr. 13, shifting traffic to the southbound lanes between mile points 13.5 and 14.8. The temporary lane change will continue through June before the project is completed by Sept. 44 News
