- ➤ Volunteer Owensboro will launch Be Change For The Child on April 24 at Cromwell Media event space — 1115 Tamarack Road — to support children in crisis during Child Abuse Prevention Month. Nine local nonprofits will take part in the event that will offer live music, radio interviews, giveaways, a food truck and family-friendly activities, with radio broadcasts for those who cannot attend in person.
