- ➤ Residents needing help with gas bills can visit the Energy Assistance Blitz on May 6 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Audubon Area Community Services locations, where Atmos Energy & Audubon Area Community Services will provide aid on a first-come, first-served basis if they bring photo ID and bill. - ➤ A local committee is exploring professional baseball’s return to Owensboro with a mixed-use facility for games + concerts, festivals and community events. Committee Chair Kenneth Burns said a feasibility study will guide plans to ensure the project is financially self-sustaining and benefits local entertainment and business. The Owensboro Times
