  • Brescia University is partnering with Oakland City University to help undergrad students after OCU suspended its programs for the 2026-27 academic year. The agreement, effective May 20, accepts transfer credits and provides financial aid help & athletic opportunities for student-athletes.  The Owensboro Times
  • Local colleges are stepping in after Oakland City University suspended undergraduate programs. USI, Kentucky Wesleyan, Ivy Tech and the University of Evansville are offering guidance with credit transfers, financial aid support and one-on-one advising, with Kentucky Wesleyan hosting Transfer Week June 1-5 at its Owensboro campus.  14 News
