The Daviess County Fiscal Court will host Family & Farm Ag Day on Saturday, July 26th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Panther Creek Park to give families an interactive chance to learn about local farm heritage with displays of antique and modern equipment and safety demonstrations on row crops and grain bins. Health screenings from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture through the Raising Hope Initiative and Ag Day Olympics competitions will also be available.
PorchFest OBKY returns Saturday to Griffith Avenue where nearly 40 music acts will perform live free music from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. The event adds a new karaoke stage and will feature food trucks and over 20 food vendors (alcohol will not be served).
