- ➤ The Senior Community Center of Owensboro Daviess County announced it received a $9,600 grant from the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels to buy vehicles for its Meals on Wheels program — the grant will support a dedicated fleet so delivery drivers do not have to use their own cars. 44 News

- ➤ Louisville lawyer Jeremy Winton and producer Kristi Kilday opened Kentucky Sound Stage in Owensboro as part of a state plan to bring more movies to Kentucky—filmmakers will receive up to a 35% tax credit on in-state production costs starting July 1.
