- ➤ Bryce Caldwell, an Owensboro attorney and partner at Gordon, Goetz, Johnson & Caldwell, has been appointed as a circuit court judge for Daviess County's 6th Judicial Circuit to fill the vacancy left by retiring Judge Jay Wethington.
