The Old Owensboro Neighborhood Alliance is back from its 2022 pause and will hold its first meeting tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. at Third Baptist Church, 527 Allen Street—residents and business owners in the area are invited to join monthly meetings through November to help shape the neighborhood's future.

Authorities said 89-year-old Lola Davis, who had dementia and went missing from her Mount Vernon home Monday morning, was found dead in a neighbor’s vehicle near East 2nd Street in Owensboro just before 8:30 p.m.—no foul play is suspected.
