- ➤ The Daviess County Public Library will host an open-air craft fair in Reading Garden on September 27 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.—local artisans must apply for vendor booths starting this Saturday with applications accepted through August 17, and all items must be handcrafted. The Owensboro Times
