  • Gulf Stream Commercial Services said national restaurants and stores like QDOBA and Wawa may join the planned Kroger Marketplace at Gateway Commons as Kroger will break ground on its 100,000-square-foot store.   • An Owensboro doctor, Dr. Shelon Simon, is accused of 1st Degree Sexual Abuse in a June 2024 incident at his West Parrish Avenue office—he will return to Daviess County Circuit Court on November 3rd.  44 News
