  • Sheila Crowe has closed her Pinky's SnowCones and Snacks stand after 10 summers and is now focusing on Crowe’s Catering, which offers homemade desserts and event meals with curbside pickup from Wednesday to Saturday in Owensboro.   • Paws and Claws Boarding and Grooming at 1161 Worthington Road now has new owners, Wes and Kelly Forsythe, who took over earlier this year. They launched a new website (pawsandclaws-ky.com), expanded services, and support local animal welfare groups.  The Owensboro Times
  • German American Bank today named Matt Merkel as its new Southwest Senior Regional President & he will lead community banking in Owensboro, Henderson and nearby areas.
