- ➤ Owensboro father-daughter duo RC and Ryan Coffman enjoyed their family tradition at ROMP on Wednesday at Yellow Creek Park — tie-dye campsites, local art displays, and bluegrass music attracted many fans while community groups hosted artwork and parades for a four-day celebration. - ➤ Residents in Owensboro are gathering as ROMP starts today with early campers lining up downtown and near Yellow Creek Park. Buffalo Wabs and the Price Hill hustle perform at 8:00 p.m.—Sheriff Scott and the Deputies follow at 9:30 p.m., and festival events resume tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. 14 News
- ➤ Illuminate will transform downtown this fall as it debuts free from October 3 to 5 with 14 large installations, nightly drone shows, and live performances that let visitors interact with the art – city officials say the event has been planned for over six years and is expected to draw heavy crowds.
