- ➤ A 62-year-old Owensboro man, Robert Cannon, was arrested Friday during an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation for charges related to child sexual abuse material—he faces two counts for use of a minor under 16 in a sex performance and one count for procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means while further evidence is under review.
