If you've been dodging a pothole, tell the city. The Public Works Department launched its Pothole Blitz Monday, and Assistant Public Works Director Kevin DeRossitt said the city will aim to fill as many reported potholes as possible.

Officials say hot asphalt mix gets harder to get as temperatures drop, so finding problem spots early lets crews finish quickly. It's an annual project in Owensboro.

  • State or county roads: forwarded to the right agencies
